Return Policy
At Ezstudio, we strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. Due to the fact that we print products after you confirm your order, and many of our designs are personalized, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective, damaged, or misprinted. If you encounter any issues, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist you. Products with Quotes
All posters, framed posters, and canvases featuring motivational quotes are printed after you submit your order. These items are custom-made for you, so please choose carefully. Returns or refunds are not available unless there is a misprint or the product arrives damaged.
Products with Custom Art Images
Personalized Artwork: Custom cartoon art created from your submitted photos and printed on posters, framed posters, or canvases are personalized for you. Due to the custom nature of these products, they cannot be returned or refunded unless the product is misprinted or damaged.
Damaged or Misprinted Items
If your custom art product is misprinted or damaged, please reach out to us within 15 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and photos of the defect, and we will work with you to either replace the item or issue a refund.
Return Request Submission
If you notice an issue with the products or anything else related to your order, please submit a problem report. We take quality and customer satisfaction very seriously, and we are committed to resolving any issues you may encounter.
To submit a problem report, please follow these steps:
1.Contact our customer support team at submit return request within 15 days of receiving your order.
2.Provide detailed information about the issue, including:
- Your “Full name” as listed on the order.
- “Order number” found in your confirmation email.
- “Email address” used for the purchase.
- “Reason” for your return
- Attach any “Relevant photos” to help us understand the issue.
“Description” of the issue.
- your preferred “Resolution”
3.Our team will review your report and respond within 1 or 2 business days.
4.If we determine that the issue is due to our error or a product defect, we will work with you to resolve the matter, which may include a refund, replacement, or other appropriate remedy.
5.If the issue is due to your order content or a third-party claim, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
Lost Packages
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 20days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed Products
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
Notification for EU consumers
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
- Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
- The supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.
Therefore Ezstudio reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
